Timbarra is a unique residential gated estate. A rarity in NSW so close to Sydney and right on the beach. Guests are welcome to use all the facilities but are asked to respect the quiet nature of the area and the residents. Schoolies and late night party-people not encouraged. No pets please. Bring own linen or linen can be hired locally.
